Get in touch
The fastest way to reach us for bugs, questions, or feature requests:
Email support@getnetworks.appGetting started
Download the signed installer from getnetworks.app/downloads and run it. NetWorks' Free tier works right away — no account or sign-up required.
Already have a Pro license? Open Settings → License inside the app and enter your key. NetWorks validates it automatically and unlocks Pro features immediately.
Free vs. Pro
NetWorks is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
- Free — adapter & IP editing, network diagnostics (ping/tracert/DNS), the live dashboard, built-in read-only presets, the basic terminal, and Light/Dark themes.
- Pro ($14.99, one-time) — full preset management (create/edit/backup/restore), the encrypted credential vault, SSH sessions, all 7 extra theme palettes, and access to the premium service Hubs.
Where your data lives
Settings, presets, saved credentials, and logs are stored locally on your PC at
%APPDATA%\NetWorks\. Nothing is synced to the cloud automatically.
If you're moving to a new machine, use Preset Manager → Backup to
export your configuration, then Restore it on the new install.
Reporting a bug
Easiest way: open Help & About inside NetWorks and click Report an Issue — it already has your version and system diagnostics attached, so we can start digging in right away.
You can also email us at support@getnetworks.app with what happened and, if possible, a copy of the relevant log from Settings → Logs (or use the in-app "Copy to Clipboard" action on the System Logs viewer). The more detail, the faster we can track it down.
Requesting a Hub
Want a Connection Hub for a device we don't support yet? Tell us the device/vendor and what workflow you need — or if you're comfortable building it yourself, use the in-app Custom Hub Designer and export it to share.
Uninstalling
Remove NetWorks from Settings → Apps like any other Windows
application. Uninstalling does not delete your saved settings, presets, or logs —
they remain at %APPDATA%\NetWorks\ in case you reinstall later. Delete
that folder manually if you want a completely clean removal.
